Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LongevityWay (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

2) The Service is not medical advice

  • LongevityWay does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • The Service provides educational and informational insights based on data you provide.
  • Do not use the Service for emergencies.
  • Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of the Service.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing supplements, medication, diet, or treatment.

3) AI outputs and limitations

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to you.
  • Outputs depend on the data you provide; incorrect input can lead to incorrect output.
  • You are responsible for how you use the information.
  • AI output is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

4) Accounts and security

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your account information up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Service, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

5) Your content

“User Content” includes biomarker data, onboarding answers, notes, uploads, and anything else you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant LongevityWay a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed for the content you upload.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to access another user’s data or accounts.
  • Upload malware or interfere with the Service.
  • Bypass security controls or abuse/scrape/overload the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where law allows.

We may investigate violations and take action, including suspension or termination.

7) Trials, subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

A) Trials

Trials, including the $0 24-hour trial, may require a payment method. $0 is charged during the trial unless stated otherwise. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan price shown at checkout is charged.

B) Billing and payments

  • Payments are processed by a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe).
  • We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
  • You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

C) Cancellation

Cancel via account settings (or email hello@longevityway.app if you cannot access cancellation). Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the current billing period ends.

D) Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact hello@longevityway.app if you believe you were charged in error.

E) Price changes

We may change pricing; notice will be provided when required. Changes apply to future billing cycles.

8) Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party services (hosting, analytics, payment, AI providers). Their terms apply to their products and we are not responsible for them.

9) Intellectual property

LongevityWay and its licensors own the Service and its content (excluding your User Content). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without written permission.

10) Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant LongevityWay the right to use them without compensation or restriction.

11) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate or that any health outcome will occur.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LongevityWay isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months or USD $100 if you paid nothing.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LongevityWay from claims arising out of your use, violation of these Terms, User Content, or decisions made based on the Service or AI outputs.

14) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud/abuse, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Contact us at hello@longevityway.app and allow 30 days to resolve issues informally before filing a legal claim.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via prominent notice. Continued use signifies acceptance.
